You feel like you are stuck in limbo, you know that you can’t go back, and you are too afraid to move forward. The thing that is actually keeping you feeling stuck is your own mind. You are making images in your minds-eye of a negative outcome to whatever action you are thinking of taking. The very worst prison that you will ever find yourself in is the prison of your own mind. Your own mind is the only thing that is keeping you stuck in a rut.

It isn’t the circumstances that you have found yourself in that’s keeping you stuck, it’s how you have pictured it in your own mind.

You have made a mountain out of a molehill, you have painted a picture of a negative outcome.

That’s the only thing that is keeping you stuck in a rut.

If you want to break free from the self-imposed prison that you find yourself in then you only need to take control of your thoughts and you will be able to set yourself free. Your mind is only capable of holding one single thought at a time. When you find yourself making negative mental images in your mind, you must stop immediately. Once you have done that you need to make a mental image of a positive outcome to your scenario.

TFAR.

It stands for; Thoughts > Feelings > Action > Results.

Your thoughts affect your feelings, your feelings affect your actions, and your actions affect your results.

Everything begins with the thoughts that you hold in your mind.

When you run worst case scenarios you are keeping your greatness held hostage.

You are keeping your hopes and dreams and desires locked away in the prison of your mind.

Once you take control of your thoughts you have control of your destiny. And once you have control of your thoughts and your destiny, you’re no longer stuck in a rut.

You didn’t suddenly wake up one day and find yourself stuck in a rut, even though you might feel like it. You got stuck in your current situation day by day, week by week, month by month.

You would have to compare getting stuck in a rut to building a wall.

The foundation of your wall would be your thought process.

Your negative thoughts are the bricks you use to build your wall. The more negative thoughts you have, the more bricks you lay. The more bricks you lay, the higher you build your wall.

The rut that you have found yourself in is the result of all the thoughts that you have been focusing on. You can equate the amount of negative thoughts to the depth of your rut, the more negative thoughts you have, the deeper your rut will be. If you want to get yourself out of your rut and back into your groove then you need to work on the thoughts that you are having. You need to smash through the wall that is keeping you imprisoned in your rut and choose the thoughts that you focus on more wisely. You need to stop focusing on negative thoughts, they only make your rut deeper and make it harder for you to get out of it.

When you begin to focus your mind on positive thoughts and start to believe that you can achieve whatever it is that you set your mind on, you will see that opportunities will open themselves up to you.

Get out of your rut by changing your thoughts, when you focus on positive thoughts it automatically destroys the wall of negativity that was keeping you well and truly stuck in your rut.

Your thoughts are the building blocks of your current situation, if you want to improve your current situation then you start by improving the quality of the thoughts that you think.

It was the quality of your thoughts that has kept you stuck in a rut for so long.

Negative thoughts will keep you stuck in a rut.

Positive thoughts will get you out of your rut and back into your groove.

Focus your thoughts on what you can do, where you are going, and how you are going to achieve it, and you will find yourself unstuck quicker than you think.
